Installation of a balcony block made of pvc structures. Balcony block: how to avoid typical installation errors Installing a plastic balcony block with your own hands

In modern cities, the majority of the population lives in apartment buildings. And the layout of almost any apartment implies the presence of a balcony or loggia. This is a very convenient and multifunctional piece and is usually separated from the main living area. The device and materials from which the balcony block is made make it possible to minimize the heat exchange between the apartment and the street, as well as increase sound insulation.

The device of the balcony block

A balcony block is a balcony window and a door combined into a single structure, while the window does not open. Its main purpose is to increase the degree of isolation of living space. If the balcony itself is glazed, an additional door and window can reduce heat loss and noise levels. If the balcony space is open, the installation of a block is simply necessary to protect the house from rain, cold, debris and dust.

The balcony block is a door and a window that most often does not open

The installation of a balcony block can be carried out by specialists, any company that sells plastic windows and doors will be happy to provide their services. But if there is no desire to include additional expenses in the repair budget, you can do it on your own, when ordering a balcony block, the kit includes:

  • the window itself with the frame and the door leaf with the frame;
  • threshold and window sill, ebb for the outside, slopes;
  • accessories.

Options for balcony blocks

There are the following design options that a balcony block can have:

  1. Standard. It includes a door and a narrow fixed window - a versatile option.
  2. Block with a wide balcony window. Its design is similar to the previous one, but the window is square and larger.
  3. Standard unit with transom. With this design, an additional rectangular section is located above the narrow window and door.
  4. Wide window and two doors. One of them can be either fixed or movable.
  5. Two narrow windows located on the sides of the door.
  6. The so-called "French" block. This design uses volumetric windows without frames, occupying the entire distance from floor to ceiling, or similar double doors.

When choosing a balcony block of any of the above structures, one must remember the pros and cons of each. The main thing that influences the choice is the size of the balcony or loggia, as well as the adjoining room. For example, the option with a transom involves an additional number of partitions, which means less light, so they can only be installed by selecting a large window. The installation of double doors is also justified only if the balcony is of sufficient size.

The window in the balcony block may be non-standard

If we talk about the materials from which the balcony block is made, PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is in the first place in popularity. This is primarily due to its practicality and relatively low cost. PVC windows and doors do not need to be painted, they are durable and fit into almost every interior. In addition, the features of this material provide good sound and heat insulation. Windows in such structures can be made with a different number of chambers.

The other two popular materials are aluminum profile and wood. Both of them are much more expensive than PVC. In addition, the aluminum profile has a lower thermal insulation.

How to install a balcony block?

If it was decided to carry out the installation on their own, it is necessary to get an idea about all the stages of this process. Separately, it is worth mentioning how the balcony block is dismantled. If you just need to remove the old double-leaf window and door, these are usually installed in a panel house, this is not so difficult. Their device makes it easy to remove the sashes and remove the glass.

If the complete destruction of the balcony block is planned, this is completely different. In this case, there are rules for both the conduct of work and the use of this space in the future. The capital dismantling of a balcony block is always coordinated with a number of regulatory authorities, for example, the city architectural inspection, as it affects the supporting structures.

Preparatory stage

First of all, you need to purchase all additional building materials and tools:

  • Pencil, triangle, tape measure, building level and knife, anchor bolts.
  • Sealant and gun for him.
  • Jigsaw, hacksaws for metal and wood.
  • Hammer, rubber mallet, impact screwdriver.
  • Perforator and drill.

There are several features of the implementation of measurements for the purchase of a balcony block. Many companies provide free services of professional measurers, using them you can at the same time assess the level of professionalism of the company's employees.

You can use the services of professionals when installing a balcony block

Before taking measurements, it is necessary to clean the openings to the main wall, and also level them using a level, the corners must be strictly straight. When carrying out independent measurements, it is necessary to draw a sketch indicating all dimensions plus a margin of about 1 cm for anchors. The width of the window is marked separately from the door. It is also necessary to note the desired ways of opening each part. Before ordering, it is worth clarifying what is included in the kit, it may be that some parts will need to be ordered additionally.

Then you should be puzzled by the search for an assistant, and preferably two. They are necessary both at the stage of delivering parts of the balcony block home, if the services of loaders are not used, and during the installation itself due to the large dimensions and weight of the structure. During unloading, it is worth paying increased attention to whether the kit is complete, and also in what condition the parts are. All cracks and scratches due to the fault of the manufacturer or delivery service should be detected now.

Also, according to the transportation standards for such structures, the window sashes must already be in the frame, the door in the box, and all locking mechanisms closed.

It remains to prepare the window and door for installation. To do this, do the following with the window:

  • the sash is removed (it is necessary to remove the upper rod, open the locking mechanism and remove it from the lower hinge);
  • the double-glazed window is removed from the fixed windows (it is enough to bend all the glazing beads to the inside and remove them);
  • sealing tape is glued on the outside;
  • if necessary, brackets for a mosquito net are attached;
  • in the profile exactly in the center at a distance of 7 cm and 1.5 cm from the corners or partitions, holes are made for anchor bolts.

The last step is the installation of the window sill

All the same is done for the door frame. After that, the box and frame are assembled into a single block.

Important! The sides where the box and frame are connected must be without holes for bolts. The sides of the connection are glued from the outside with sealing tape and the connecting profile is fixed.

The first step is to insert the balcony block into the opening. In this case, it is necessary to make sure that it is even in relation to the plane of the wall and to the slopes. For this, a building level is useful. For the most accurate installation of the frame, it is better to place some supports of the required thickness under its vertical parts, for example, a piece of board.

Further, through the holes in the profile, made earlier by a puncher, a wall is drilled. After that, anchor bolts are attached to them. After the final fixing, the door, window sashes and double-glazed windows are returned to their places. To fix the latter, previously removed glazing beads are used. Putting them back in place is easy, just insert the corners and hammer in the middle with a rubber mallet.

The last step is the processing of cracks with mounting foam. The easiest way to do this is with a special gun. Seams and cavities are approximately two-thirds full, then the foam expands to take up the remaining space. You should not neglect such processing of seams; construction foam has excellent moisture and heat insulation properties. At the same time, it is easily destroyed under the influence of the sun, so it is important to process the already hardened foam as soon as possible, for example, cover it with paint. Complete drying occurs after approximately 24 hours, all this time it is impossible to open the sashes and doors of the balcony block.

Final design

In most cases, when installing a balcony block, the design is completed by installing window sills and ebbs.

The window sill can be ordered as a set with a window or separately. For its manufacture, materials such as plastic, MDF, wood or even natural stone are used. The choice depends only on the wishes of the customer. In the kitchen, window sills are sometimes replaced with countertops.

Steps for installing a plastic window sill:

  • opening cleaning;
  • laying wooden linings and the window sill itself on them;
  • installation of cargo on the windowsill;
  • filling all voids with mounting foam and trimming the excess after solidification;
  • installation of plugs on the ends of the window sill.

Important! Exactly in the horizontal plane, the window sill should be installed only in the longitudinal direction. In the transverse, a slope of about 5 mm is required towards the room.

Low tide is rarely installed, as it serves to remove moisture and precipitation from under the window outside. As a rule, there is no such need on the balcony.

Slopes are made in three ways: plastered, closed with plastic panels or drywall. The plastic option is the easiest.

With independent work on the installation of a balcony block, you must be very careful. The duration of its service directly depends on the correct execution. The whole structure must stand evenly, be well fixed, there must be no friction between the frame and the sashes, and the latter must not close arbitrarily. All this serves as an indicator of the quality of work.

Balcony block - a structure consisting of a window and a door overlooking the balcony of an apartment or house. In this case, we will consider the design of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material, which among ordinary consumers is called metal-plastic.

Materials and tools

To install the balcony block structure, the installer must have in his stock:

  • perforator;
  • screwdriver;
  • grinder;
  • jigsaw;
  • drill;
  • gun for polyurethane foam, silicone;
  • tape measure, level;
  • hammer, nail puller;
  • rubber mallet;
  • square, goniometer or bevel;
  • metal scissors;
  • stationery and shoe knife;
  • pencil or marker.

In accordance with GOST 30971 2002, several types of fastening can be used to fasten a balcony block into an opening:

  • screw for concrete (nagel);
  • anchor bolt;
  • anchor plate and dowel nail.

Each type of fastening has the right to exist and, accordingly, has its own characteristics, pros and cons when installed in different situations. Greater preference is given to through fastening with anchor bolts or dowels. This option is considered more reliable.

For example, the article will consider mounting a balcony block on anchor bolts.

In addition to these materials, to install a balcony block, you will need:

  • mounting foam;
  • "liquid plastic";
  • mounting foam cleaner;
  • self-tapping screws and screws of different lengths and diameters;
  • linings of different thicknesses.

Components of the balcony block

The initial stage of the installation of a balcony block is the preparation of the structure itself, which in each case consists of: a door frame, a window frame and a connecting profile.

When installing a turnkey balcony block, the kit may include the following elements:

  • windowsill;
  • low tide;
  • threshold;
  • slopes;
  • profile for installation of slopes.

Preparing for installation

In typical cases, the window and door of the balcony unit are in the manufacturer's packaging. The door is in the door frame, the locking mechanism is in the closed position. The window of the balcony block can be optionally:

  • one, two, three-fold;
  • with one, two, all opening doors;
  • other options are also possible.

The window sashes are in the frame, the locking mechanism is in the closed position.

In order to prepare the window for installation, it is necessary to remove it from the factory packaging, remove the sash, for which: knock out and remove the rod of the upper hinge, open the sash locking mechanism, then open it and remove it from the lower hinge. If, in addition to the sash, the window consists of the so-called “blind part”, that is, a solid part that does not open, it is necessary to remove 4 glazing beads fixed around the perimeter of the double-glazed window, with which it is fixed in the frame, and then remove the double-glazed window itself.

When only the frame remains from the window, you can proceed to further preparation for installation. Firstly, brackets are attached to the outside of the frame to hold the mosquito net (if one is included in the kit and there is a need for it). Secondly, PSUL tape (pre-compressed self-expanding sealing tape) is glued along the outer perimeter of the frame, designed to protect the mounting foam from ultraviolet radiation, as well as for waterproofing.

After performing the above steps, it is necessary to make through holes along the perimeter of the window frame in the direction from the end to the middle. The diameter of the holes must match the diameter of the anchor bolt.

In accordance with GOST 30971-2002, the holes must be distributed around the entire perimeter of the frame according to the rule:

  • the distance from the corners of the frame, as well as from its vertical partition (impost) should not exceed 150 mm;
  • the distance from each other is approximately 700 mm.

A slight displacement of the hole in one direction or another is not critical. Holes are drilled from the outside of the profile in its center. It is this method that gives smooth edges of the holes on the inner surface of the profile.

Preparation for the installation of the door frame of the balcony block is no different from the preparation of the window frame.

It should be noted that in the part where the door frame and window frame will be connected, it is not necessary to drill holes for fixing with anchor bolts in the profile of the frame and frame.

Next, you need to take the door frame and, in the place where it will be connected to the frame, glue the PSUL, or apply a layer of mounting foam and attach the connecting profile. On the window frame in the place where it will dock with the door frame, do the same.

These actions are performed to prevent possible blowing of the joints.

After the work done, you can connect the frame and the box into a single unit. For more reliable fastening, the frame and the door frame can be fastened with screws. To do this, 3-4 holes of the required diameter are drilled from the side of the frame, which will allow you to connect the inner metal profile of the frame and the box, after which screws are screwed into these holes.

Upon completion of the specified preparatory work, the design of the PVC balcony block is ready for installation in a pre-prepared opening.

Balcony block installation

In the opening, the balcony block is placed on stands, which are distributed under each vertical profile of the frame and door frame. In this case, supports of different thicknesses are useful. The design must be set strictly according to the level, both in the horizontal and in the vertical plane.

For an aesthetic appearance, it is necessary that from the street side the frame profile go beyond the outer part of the wall at the same distance.

When the block is exposed, you can begin to mount it. To do this, you need to take a puncher with a drill, the diameter of which corresponds to the diameter of the holes, and make the required number of holes through the profile of the balcony block.

Anchor bolts must be securely fastened into the holes made.

Having fixed the balcony block, they begin to install the window sill, ebb and threshold, if necessary, after which window sashes, double-glazed windows, and doors are put in place.

An integral part of the installation is filling the joints between the balcony block profile and the wall. To achieve the best result in terms of room heat loss, the width of this joint should be 20-50 mm. The denser the seam is filled with mounting foam, the less likely it is to blow cold air into the room. For this purpose, it is better to use a foam gun, which is convenient for pouring hard-to-reach areas and saves a lot of time for the master.

After filling the joints with foam, it is necessary to close the sashes and doors of the balcony block and leave the structure for 24 hours for the foam to dry completely.

After the specified time, you can proceed to. It should be noted that slopes for a balcony block, as well as for a regular window, can be made in various ways, the most common of which are:

  • plaster slopes;
  • slopes made of plastic or sandwich panels.

Summing up, it should be said that the complexity of installing a balcony block lies in the fact that all the components of the structure must be set strictly according to the level in the vertical and horizontal plane. This will depend on:

  • how long will the door and window mechanism last;
  • will the window sash spontaneously close or not;
  • will there be friction between the door profile and the frame, etc.

More information about the nuances of adjusting plastic doors with different fittings can be found in the article.

The most common standard solution for a balcony block is a metal-plastic door structure along with windows overlooking the balcony. A single, aesthetically attractive, durable and easy-to-use system has long established itself as a reliable alternative to previously used wood structures. To date, a balcony block with high-quality plastic PVC coating is the most used for glazing openings both in new buildings and in houses with outdated structures.

Advantages and disadvantages of installing plastic structures

What advantages can be noted in the use of PVC profiles for the manufacture of balcony blocks:

  • thermal insulation. Allows you to significantly reduce heat loss.
  • tightness. Gets rid of excess dust.
  • Durability. Provides a service life of more than 25 years.
  • Quality. Does not change its properties over time.
  • Transparency. Increases the illumination of the interior space.
  • Aesthetics. Has a modern look.

The only significant drawback of metal-plastic balcony blocks is the low degree of environmental friendliness of the polyvinyl chloride used for their manufacture. The toxicity of the material increases at high temperatures. Therefore, plastic structures are not recommended to be installed on the sunny side in those regions where the air warms up to too high extreme values.

Varieties

Modern blocks for balcony openings provide the consumer with a choice of the most convenient design solutions for various types of premises. Depending on the type of fittings used, doors can be:

  • rotary;
  • swing-out;
  • sliding.

A classic swing door has only three pressure points, while a modern tilt-and-turn door has five. In addition, it is equipped with a function for micro-ventilation of the room, which has the ability to depressurize the door in its upper part. The door can open both inside the room and outside. The second option, as well as sliding systems, is recommended for small rooms in order to save their area and interior space.

Differences in the types of filling of balcony doors allow the most complete use of the design potential for the aesthetic design of the room.

  • Classical. An opaque sandwich panel located at the bottom and a transparent top design of such a block will help to reliably protect the room from heat loss.
  • Balcony doors with transparent top and bottom are one of the variants of the classical type. They will help to see the beauty of the interior decoration of the balcony or loggia.
  • French. Full glass filling of the door and windows, allowing a lot of light to pass into the apartment. It will emphasize the modernity and originality of the room, especially with a new renovation. Consumers are attracted by the aesthetic appearance and the possibility of visually combining a balcony with a room.
  • Portal. Modernized model of the French type. The sliding system has wide exits, gives a lot of light and fresh air.

Unlike classic balcony blocks, French and portal blocks do not have heating radiators under the window.

At sub-zero temperatures, the lower part of the double-glazed windows can fog up and even become covered with a small layer of ice. Therefore, it is recommended to install a balcony block of this type after transferring heating devices to walls located in the immediate vicinity of the opening, and order double-glazed windows with a warm frame and filled with argon.

In rooms with high ceilings (Stalin-built houses, cottages) and a large balcony opening, the blocks can consist of two parts:

  • the top, made in the form of an opaque or glass deaf, non-opening window block, or with a transom, which makes it possible to ventilate the room;
  • lower, consisting of two doors with opaque sandwich panels at the bottom and double-glazed windows at the top, or completely made of glass.

Assembly of the structure

Balcony blocks are doors and windows that are fastened together with plastic connectors. This is their design feature. Window sills must be installed on the inside and outside of the room, and a threshold under the door.

Installing a balcony door with a window consists of the following basic operations:

  • dismantling of the old balcony block;
  • the opening is carefully measured from the inside and outside the room;
  • slopes are checked for possible distortions;
  • with the help of spacer wedges, the box is set according to the level or plumb;
  • holes are drilled around the entire perimeter of the opening;
  • the box and frame are fastened to the walls with the help of fasteners;
  • joints are sealed with mounting foam or mineral wool;
  • the correctness of the installation is checked;
  • the protective film is removed;
  • fittings, double-glazed windows, window sills and slopes are installed.

It is necessary to dismantle the old structure very carefully so as not to damage the opening.

It is very important before starting the installation of the balcony block to carefully inspect it for chips, cracks and minor scratches, the transparency of the glasses, their cleanliness inside the double-glazed window, and also pay attention to the tightness of the rubber gasket to the frame. Please note that the structure may be damaged during transportation.

The balcony block itself consists of a door frame and a window frame. A frame is installed in the plastic connectors on the box. When connected correctly, a characteristic click will be heard. For general strengthening of the structure, the box with the frame is fastened with screws, then a special sealing tape is glued to the end of the structure.

Having studied the features of how to install a balcony door with a window, you can finally decide for yourself whether you need to involve specialists for installation work or you can do the whole process yourself.

Conclusion!

Almost all high-rise apartments have loggias or balconies. There comes a time when it becomes simply necessary to replace the old design of the balcony block with a new, more reliable and stylish one. Increasingly, owners opt for plastic doors and windows. And this is not surprising. Such designs have many advantages. It depends on the right choice whether it will be warm in the apartment in winter and how much lighter it will be in the room.

The very fact of acquiring an apartment in a new building is only the beginning of a long journey to ideal living conditions. Usually, repairs begin with the elimination of technological flaws and ordinary imperfections. A separate place in the list of mandatory work is the correct installation of the balcony block.

The main disadvantage of the opening for the balcony block is that its width is most often more than 60 cm, that is, sometimes even several tens of centimeters exceeds the width of a standard interior door. If the situation is not corrected, then as a result we will get, firstly, a wide door, which, when opened, will take up too much useful space; secondly, the load from the weight of such a massive door will inevitably lead to deformation of the hinges and the leaf itself, which means that the design will not be reliable and durable.

In addition, the distance from the opening to the corner is most often less than 50 cm, which makes it impossible for the owner to use the corner to install at least some furniture or shelves, not to mention the refrigerator, which is the right place here.

When the task is clearly defined, solutions are generated by themselves. In this case, the most rational way of correction is to increase the opening with a false wall. To install a refrigerator with a depth of 60 cm, you will need a plot of at least 65 cm. We take an additional 5 cm based on plastering the wall and finishing the slopes.

How to increase a quarter of a window opening?

As an example, consider the option in which it is necessary to build up 17 cm of the wall. To begin with, take measurements and make a balcony block so that the door and window go into a quarter by about 3 cm, leaving a free gap of 17 cm on the side where the false wall will be located in the future.

Please note: to form a convenient exit to the balcony and a normal foam joint under the frame, it is enough to raise the window by only 8 mm. To do this, it is recommended to remove the standard stand profile.

We will build up a quarter with the help of parts from an impregnated square bar 10 cm and 7 cm thick. Do not be confused by the choice of material, since a quarter made of wood is quite common, especially in wooden houses. Measure the height of the opening and transfer the dimensions to the beam. If you have purchased an already impregnated timber, then you can immediately proceed with the installation, if not, then it must be impregnated with an antiseptic. In this case, do not just lightly smear with a brush, but apply the product in a dense layer using a sprayer or spray gun. It will take about a day for high-quality impregnation and drying of parts. By this time, the surface will no longer be sticky, and it will be possible to work with the timber.

Attach a thick beam to the opening, align with the top beam and attach, then fasten two thinner beams to it.

How to install a balcony block?

We managed to increase the quarter by 17 cm. The gaps between the elements of the resulting structure are a completely objective phenomenon, as well as the use of mounting foam to fill them. The foam should go no less than 3 cm deep. The seams between the standard quarter and the beam, between the beams of the new quarter, as well as the junction of the wooden structure to the metal beam, are subject to processing.

Do not rush to remove excess foam. The primary polymerization of this substance occurs within 4-7 minutes, therefore, the excess should be cut off with a segment knife only after the foam ceases to be sticky.

The installation of the quarter completes the fastening of the second thick beam 10x10 cm. It is superimposed exactly on the same beam installed earlier. Offset towards the balcony block is highly unacceptable, since we need to leave room for sloping panels.

So, the opening is decorated, it remains to fix the balcony block into it. If you see too much gap between the support beam and the slope, then fill it with foam before installing the block. At the same stage, the gaps between the facing masonry and the foam blocks are filled with foam. In fact, it turns out that this will be the first stage of three, during which a reliable and high-quality foam joint is formed.

Use the polymerization time of the mounting foam to assemble the balcony block directly. On average, you will have about two hours to assemble the frame, windows, doors and special connecting profiles into a single structure. The materials that form the perimeter of the opening often have a different structure and density. According to these features, we will select the mount.

The balcony block is attached to the wooden quarter with dowels, through 8 mm holes pre-drilled in the frame.

Since the foam block is a soft material, lone dowels are not suitable here at all. We need to disperse the load on the mount. To do this, we take reinforced mounting plates, install them at the profile stop at a distance of up to 60 cm from each other. Then we fasten the product to the foam blocks, distributing 6 fasteners in the form of a flower over the plate.

The most difficult thing to cope with the task is when the upper fragment of the opening is a mixture of foam and plaster. If you do not give rigidity to the upper part of the frame, then it will simply break at the junction during operation.

Here again comes to the aid of a rigid mounting plate. Install it along the frame with an emphasis on the profile and fix it first on one part of the block, then align the product geometry and fix it on the other side at several points. Such a reinforced design of the load will definitely not be terrible.

We decided on the type of fasteners, we proceed directly to the installation. Fix the frame in the opening and level it with levels and support blocks. The latter will remain in the foam joint forever, therefore, it is only allowed to align the block and prevent the frame from sagging with the help of special mounting wedges.

We should not forget that the internal reinforcement of the frame does not deprive it of plasticity. By over-tightening the pins, you can deform the frame so that the door or window installed in it simply will not close. If you do not feel the limit intuitively, then it is better to use a temporary support block.

There is also the opposite extreme, the negative consequences of which will not be long in coming: when the dowel is screwed in only until the cap touches the frame. Do not forget that the fastening will be reliable only if the dowel head passes through the plastic and rests against the reinforcing part of the frame.

Warming of the balcony block

The final part of the installation of the balcony block is the insulation of the perimeter by forming a foam joint.

We carried out the first stage of the process even before the installation of the block. Now it is necessary to fill all the gaps with mounting foam, but not completely, but only by 25% so that the contour is intact and not broken, while the fasteners remain visible.

The door and window sashes can be installed no earlier than a day later. Exactly so much is required for the full solidification of the foam without voids and fistulas.

Please note: to speed up the polymerization process, it is allowed to moisten the opening before applying the foam.

The third stage of the formation of a high-quality foam joint is the final stage of the entire installation of the balcony block. To do this, we install metal profiles around the perimeter, fix plastic slopes on them, and fill the voids in the sloping space with mounting foam.

Now the installation of the balcony block is done correctly, reliably, steadily. The structure will not deform under loads and will definitely not freeze in winter. And, no less pleasant, now a refrigerator will fit easily and beautifully in the corner.

The layout of multi-apartment residential buildings may be different, but such a design as a balcony block is present almost everywhere. We are talking about an exit to a balcony, which can be located in any of the rooms, but have a similar structure: a window and a balcony swing door next to it. When installing plastic windows, it is illogical to leave the old wooden door, which not only does not fit into the new design, but also causes a lot of problems. It is for this reason that everything is changed at once, performing a PVC balcony block in a single stylistic solution.

What is meant by a balcony block?

Balcony block - a design of impressive size. Therefore, special requirements are imposed on it in terms of strength, reliability, and dimensional stability. In its manufacture, a single frame is not produced, since the load on its window and door parts is completely different. The block consists of two parts - a plastic window and a door, interconnected by a specially designed connector. After assembly, it is completely invisible, which creates the full visibility of a monolithic structure.

Balcony block made of plastic profile has the following advantages:

What type of handles to choose?

There are several types of handles for installation on a balcony door with a window. In addition to the usual handle, you can install a latch that allows you to fix the door in a covered position while on the balcony. Child lock handle to keep children out of harm's way.

Push fitting is used much less frequently. Its installation is justified when the balcony or loggia is insulated and represents a separate room. To mount the push fitting, you must use a profile with a system depth of at least 60mm.
