    Wash young zucchini thoroughly. Together with the peel (since it is still tender and young and suitable for eating), cut into circles with a thickness of 0.5 cm to 1 cm.

    Pour flour into a plate. Lightly dip each zucchini slice in flour on both sides to get a nice crust.

    Fry the zucchini slices over medium heat until cooked but not burnt. Fry on both sides. The result should be a golden, delicious crust.

    Wash the tomatoes. Using a sharp knife, cut into thin circles.

    We need:

    • Zucchini - 4-5 pieces;
    • Tomatoes - 4 pieces;
    • Mayonnaise - 100 grams;
    • Garlic - 0.5 heads;
    • Chicken egg - 3-4 pieces;
    • Grated hard cheese - 100-150 gr.;
    • Greens (dill, parsley);
    • Flour for dredging;
    • Salt, pepper - to taste;
    • Vegetable oil for frying.

    Preparation:

    1. Wash the zucchini under water and cut into rings 1.5 cm wide.

    If the vegetables have a thick skin, then it must be removed. It is rough and will be unpleasant to eat later.
