Components:

  • Medium carrot - 1 pc.
  • Large potatoes - 1 pc.
  • Egg - 2 pcs.
  • Lightly salted or lightly smoked red fish - 100-120 g.
  • Red caviar - 2-3 tbsp.
  • Dill and parsley - 2 tbsp.
  • Mayonnaise - 100-150 g.
  • Salt pepper.

We cook carrots, potatoes, eggs and peel them.

Cut the fish into pieces 0.5 - 0.7 cm wide. Wash the parsley and dill, dry and chop finely.

On a sheet of foil, grate the cooked carrots and place in a square.

Soak carrots in mayonnaise.

Fill the next layer with potatoes and also cover with mayonnaise.

The next layer will be eggs and also covered with mayonnaise.

Place the pieces of fish on the right side of the square, to the center, and put greens on the other half.

However, this is a completely different dish, both in structure and in the method of preparing the ingredients. And the filling here is unique. Try it, it's quite tasty.

Components:

For the salad:

  • Beef – 600 grams
  • Beets - 1 piece (large)
  • Potatoes - 500 grams
  • Carrots - 350 grams
  • Frozen peas- 200 grams
  • Red onion- 1 piece (medium size or 1/2 large)

For refueling:

  • Egg yolks - 2 pieces
  • Grain mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Juice with half a lemon
  • Olive oil- 200 milliliters
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoons

Additionally:

  • Butter - 50 grams
  • Sunflower oil
  • Water - 50 milliliters
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Fry the beef in oil. Grill like a steak, so that it is undercooked in the middle, but without blood.
After the beef is cooked, remove it from the pan, cool and cut into small cubes (approximately 1 centimeter).


Wash the beets and place in the oven for an hour and a half at 160 degrees. As a result, it should be soft and easy to pierce with a fork.
Peel the potatoes, cut into slices one centimeter wide, pour sunflower oil on top of them, pepper, salt and put in the oven with the beets for about forty minutes.

After baking, the beets and potatoes should be cooled. Simply cut the potato slices into cubes, peel the beets, and then cut them in the same way.


Peel the carrots, cut into centimeter cubes and fry in butter. Fry for two minutes, then add fifty milliliters of water and simmer for about ten minutes. Afterwards, you need to remove the carrots from the flame, season with salt and pepper. Cool.

Frozen peas should be cooked for five minutes, then discarded in a colander and cooled. Peel the onion and chop into cubes.

To fill, mix the yolks with mustard. Then add lemon juice and stir further. Beat everything with a mixer on the lowest setting. When the mixture is homogeneous, slowly add the oil, stirring all the time to get the desired consistency. When the mixture is ready, pour sour cream over it and stir with a spoon.


Now all that remains is to simply mix all the prepared products with the dressing. If required, add salt and pepper. Now everything is ready, you can serve it!

It's finally persimmon time! I really love preparing a variety of salads using this fruit! They come out so colorful, unique, delicious and very healthy. Today we will make a salad, very light, sophisticated, tasty and full of vitamins.

Components:

for Salad:

  • 2 persimmons (persimmons need to be firm but ripe),
  • 1 apple (sweet and sour),
  • 1 red onion, lemon, lettuce.

For the sauce:

  • Sunflower oil 3 tbsp.,
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp,
  • Salt, sugar to taste,
  • Ground allspice.

Wash the persimmons and remove the stems

Without removing the skin, divide the fruits in half. Cut the halves into thin slices.

Drain the finished shrimp through a colander and let cool for a couple of minutes. Next we clean it. Place the finished meat on a plate; if the shrimp are large, you can cut them into 2-3 pieces.

When the eggs have cooled, grind them as you like, free-form. Place the crushed eggs on a plate.

Drain the nectar from the pineapples and cut the fruit circles into cubes into a separate plate.

Take the cheese you like, but it is preferable that it be hard. Grind it on a coarse grater or cut it into cubes up to one centimeter in size. Shredded cheese - in a separate plate.

Chop the parsley and put it in a salad bowl.

Add all our ingredients to the parsley, add salt to taste and mix everything thoroughly with a spoon. Next, season the salad with mayonnaise and lemon juice.

  • 500 gr. carrots,
  • 150-200 gr. Canned pineapple,
  • 100 gr. Raisins,
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic,

Components:

  • Half a ripe melon;
  • one avocado;
  • one orange;
  • pine or almond nuts;
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil;
  • 5-7 mint leaves;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds, cut off the top with a sharp knife, and remove the skin. Then cut into slices, the thickness of your choice.
