I can't live a day without a cup of aromatic coffee. Or better than two. Or three. I'm just hypotensive. I charge myself with coffee right in the morning, barely having time to take a shower. I use it to concentrate during the day, when I’m staring at the monitor and looking for non-standard work solutions. I drink coffee in the evening, relieving fatigue and relaxing. A fragrant sip - and I'm alive again.

I know many coffee recipes. I collect them.

Any flavor will do: sunflower, sesame, peanut, pistachio – it changes the taste of the drink, so you can experiment. And they don’t add sugar at all - the coffee turns out sweet anyway. Plus, you can make it hot or cold. Cold - summer option, or “ice coffee”.

Another recipe for making this type of coffee

In order to make Halva style coffee, we will need the following ingredients:

  • Halva. For 1 small cup, 50 grams is enough. If you are preparing a large portion, then you can take about 100 grams.
  • Cream/milk. Half a glass or approximately 100 grams.
  • Ground coffee. You will need 2 teaspoons per serving.

The recipe for this coffee is not too complicated. Next, let's start with preparation. Mash the halva into crumbs. It’s better to do this simply with your hands, or, in extreme cases, with a fork. Mechanical grinders will be useless here, because halva is a product with a high fat content, and under the influence of a blender, it will rather not loosen, but, on the contrary, will form a dense mass.

  1. Make espresso.
  2. In a blender, beat 120 ml of milk and halva into a liquid. Pour into a saucepan and add honey to it, bringing it almost to a boil, whisking the milk all the time and remove the resulting mixture from the heat. You will need a Blender.
  3. Whip the remaining milk into foam using a cappuccino maker or French press.
  4. Build it: first pour coffee into a glass, then pour milk into it, put foam on top. Serve immediately, topped with some halva crumbs.

Lovers of coffee and various coffee drinks will definitely appreciate this recipe. I would like to offer a recipe for my favorite coffee – coffee with halva. This drink has a delicate consistency, creamy and velvety, and the taste, thanks to cocoa, is chocolate.

Halva gives the drink a pleasant nutty hue, and it also makes the consistency thicker. A cup of coffee with halva instantly lifts your mood, even on its own, without any additives in the form of sweets and desserts.

If you love coffee as much as I do, be sure to try making a cup of this drink for yourself or friends.

Ingredients

  • Water – 200 ml
  • Coffee – 1-1.5 tbsp.
  • Halva – 40 g
  • Condensed cream – 35 g
  • Cocoa – 0.5 tbsp.
  • Sugar - to taste

Preparation

Bring the water to a boil, cool slightly, pour hot water (100 ml) into the coffee, cover the glass with a saucer, set aside for 4-5 minutes. If desired, you can brew coffee in a Turk.

We also need a blender bowl, pour a portion of cocoa into it, add condensed cream and halva. I think there’s no need to talk about cocoa again; we take, of course, good, high-quality natural cocoa.

Pour the remaining portion of the now cooled water into the blender, turn on the blender, and beat everything until smooth. Make sure that the consistency is smooth and homogeneous; if necessary, punch the contents again.

Pour the liquid from the blender bowl into a saucepan, place it on the stove, and turn on the burner to minimum heat. Heat the liquid and whisk it at the same time.

Add coffee, making sure to strain it through a sieve. Warm it up a little more, but don’t bring it to a boil.

Do you like halva? Did you know that you can make a quick dessert that you can drink from coffee and halva? This is a really tasty drink with an interesting taste. Depending on the amount of halva used, you can prepare drinks of varying thickness and drink them through a straw or eat them with a spoon.
The idea to make coffee with halva came to me when I tried coffee in one coffee machine. I became interested, I even looked and looked for a recipe for such a drink.

Ingredients:

- fifty grams of peanut or sunflower halva;
- one hundred milliliters of fat milk;
- one hundred and fifty milliliters of ready-made strong coffee;
- one teaspoon maple syrup or artificial honey.

1. First you need. For one hundred and fifty milliliters of water you will need one heaped teaspoon of ground coffee. Brew it in a Turk or in a coffee maker, as is convenient for you. The brewed coffee needs to be cooled slightly.

2. Separate a piece weighing approximately fifty grams from a pack of halva. With this amount of halva you will get a liquid drink. If you want to prepare it in the form of a semi-liquid dessert, then you will need more halva.

3. Pour full-fat milk or low-fat cream into the blender bowl and add the halva there. Then beat the milk with halva in a blender so that there are no lumps left.

4. Pour the finished coffee into the milk and halva. Just make sure that the grounds remain in the Turk and do not get into the rest of the ingredients.

5. Add a teaspoon of maple syrup. You can replace the syrup with artificial honey. If you like drinks with a pronounced sweet taste, you can put more syrup or add a little sugar, but keep in mind that halva itself is very sweet, so don’t over-sweet it. Beat the drink with halva again using a blender.

The drink tastes best after cooling in the refrigerator. But even when warm, it tastes very pleasant. The combination of halva and coffee gives it a very interesting flavor.

The drink made from coffee with halva turns out to be very satisfying, so you won’t be able to drink a lot of it at once.
